I like understanding how things work.

I like talking through ideas, but I want something real in front of me. With Compassly, I started as my own user — an international student — but one person isn't enough, so we talked to others, built something, and got their reaction.
I've been doing this for a while.

I've organized teams, events, and projects long before I had a title that included the word “lead”. I enjoy getting people excited about an idea, figuring out who needs to do what, and keeping everyone moving in the same direction.
